Svaki gel sadrži 30 g ugljikohidrata u provjerenom omjeru 2:1 + 500 mg vrhunskih fermentiranih BCAA. Ovaj energetski gel sadrži dva izvora ugljikohidrata — maltodekstrin i fruktozu — koji omogućuju visok unos energije bez probavnih problema.
Dvije vrste ugljikohidrata
Energetski gel s BCAA sadrži dvije vrste ugljikohidrata: glukozu (maltodekstrin) i fruktozu u omjeru 2:1.
BCAA
Energetski gel s BCAA sadrži 500 mg vrhunskih fermentiranih BCAA.
Aminokiseline razgranatog lanca podržavaju tvoj unos proteina za poticanje rasta mišića. Također, sprječavaju razgradnju mišića tijekom treninga, posebno kada treniraš s kalorijskim deficitom. Naposljetku, smanjuju oštećenje mišića izazvanog treningom, što rezultira smanjenom duljinom i jačinom boli mišića i poboljšanim oporavkom mišića.
Aminokiseline razgranatog lanca također djeluju kao alternativni izvor energije tijekom treninga, poboljšavaju unos glukoze i povećavaju sintezu glukoze. Dodatno povećavaju tvoju izdržljivost na dva načina — usporavanjem nakupljanja mliječne kiseline i smanjenjem osjećaja umora.
Prirodan okus
Povećaj svoju energetsku snagu učinkovitim izvorom ugljikohidrata i nevjerojatnim potencijalnim dobrobitima BCAA!

To niesamowite osiągnięcie!
Good taste, high energy
tried it 2 days ago during a 12 km run în Napoli. As my first gel I can say it is more than ok, tastes good and you can feel the efect.

Cordiali saluti,
The 4Endurance Team
Sorry guys I just can’t stomach the Gels
Hi Joe! Thanks for your honest feedback. We're really sorry to hear that the gels didn't sit well with your stomach. Everyone's digestion handles sports fuel differently during training. Since the BCAA Gel wasn't a good fit, you might have much better luck with a lighter, more liquid option like our 4Energy Gel or 2:1 Gel—they are specifically designed to be super gentle on the stomach and don't require extra water to digest. Please reach out to us at info@4endurance.com so we can help find the right solution for you!
Best regards,
4Endurance
