Hallo Jarne, bedankt voor je eerlijke review! Jammer om te horen dat het formaat tegenvalt en dat je niet het gewenste effect hebt gemerkt.

Natriumbicarbonaat heeft tijd en een specifieke dosering (afgesteld op je lichaamsgewicht) nodig om het zuurtransport in de spieren optimaal te ondersteunen. Omdat het vrij zwaar op de maag kan vallen, combineren veel atleten het met een kleine maaltijd of nemen ze de dosering in meerdere stappen.

Hi Lewis, thanks for your question! Our 4Endurance Pro tablets aren’t enteric-coated, but the Bicarb from Nduranz do use enteric-coated capsules. If you need any help choosing the right option, just let us know!
